Romi Singh

Born in Punjab, Yoga Shiromani Romi Singh began practicing and later teaching yoga in India in the Sivananda tradition.  After moving to the US in 1992, Romi continued study under Leela Mata, a disciple of Swami Sivananda, and taught at her ashram in Clarion, PA. Under her tutelage Romi earned certification with Yoga Alliance in 2009. It is in the spirit that yoga practice belongs to everyone that Romi aspires to carry along its benefits to you, wherever you may be on your own yoga journey.


 In short, Romi's instruction addresses the 5 basic principles of Sivananda yoga, to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing: 

  • Proper Exercise (asanas)  
  • Proper Breathing (pranayama)
  • Proper Relaxation 
  • Proper Diet  
  • Positive Thinking & Meditation
